A lot of the times when I take outfit pictures my youngest sister Rudy is around and forces me to take her pictures, too. So I do. Because I’m a good sister.

Love ya, Ruby! 😉

Somebody stop me. Every time I go to this park I have a good time but I hardly spend much time there. Anyway, a few weeks ago we took some new family pictures as a gift to my grandmother for Mother’s Day. Obviously, I took a few minutes and took some outfit pictures.

So you guys. I have a new job now. Eeek! I’m having a blast and I can’t wait to see what God brings of this and what new doors He will open.
Have a great Tuesday!

A couple weekends ago we spent a Saturday with my grandparents having dinner. While the real adults were inside talking I escaped (mostly from cleaning up dinner) and enjoyed laying in the grass and looking at the clouds. The weather was perfect. I topped off the day having drinks with some friends. Perfect Saturday.
What are you going to do with your weekend?

With bluebonnets coming into season the hot button question on everyone’s mind is, “Can we pick them?!” I mean, that’s what you’re all thinking right? Well from a reliable source I learned that it’s totes not illegal to pick them. RIP THOSE THINGS OUT OF THE GROUND! You know, if that’s how you pick flowers.

The Hiway 80 sale was last weekend and I found some pretty great treasures. Treasures in the sense they’re things I never needed but they are cool and fit my pretend hipster personality so I bought them. Did you go? What did you find?
HAPPY TUESDAYYYY!

Remember this? I’ve been thinking of outfits to wear that could even come close to how much I loved the last one and I think I did it. The kimono has been resurrected. (HA) Also beware for photo overload. I mean, I loved this way too much.

How was your Easter? We had an incredible and sweet church service and then we spent another hour shooting these after church in the gorgeous field behind the building. Best hour I’ve ever spent. We came home to a delicious ham lunch and then spent the rest of the afternoon lounging and getting ice cream. By the way, someone let me know how those Dairy Queen waffle cone blizzards are because apparently our local DQ doesn’t serve them! Waaaahhhh!
Looking forward to having dinner with a friend tonight. 🙂 What’s on your Monday’s agenda?

Sunday was Palm Sunday so naturally our church was littered with palm branches. And oops I stole a bunch of them for these pictures. It’s okay. My mom works at the church.

I’ve been crazy about layering maxi skirts over dresses lately. It gives an extra layer plus it extends my wardrobe by…a lot. (Numbers are hard.)
Shel and I went to see Kari Jobe in concert last Friday and OH.MY.GOSH. We were both dead. What an incredible time of worship. If you ever have the chance to see her DO IT. One of the best $20 I’ve ever spent.
Then Saturday shaped up to be pretty perfect. Dinner with my grandparents and spending time laying in the green backyard looking at the sky… sigh. Birds chirping, fruit trees swinging, baked chicken; delicious. Then drinks with friends to cap off the night. Sunday brought a sweet church service and a Chinese lunch date with my sisters. Palm pictures in the yard by the creek and then a friend’s senior voice recital. I ended the weekend with a couple of friends talking about anything and everything. I love getting to know the people I’ve known for years and ones that I’ve just met. Talking to people and figuring out who they are is my jam lately. I love people.
Happy Monday TUESDAY!
