AWKWARD:

-I spilled water three times last week. In the same place.
-When did February happen?
-Getting irritated without knowing it because I hadn’t eaten. Then eating and Jason saying, “See? I told you so.” when I became normal again. Sorry. 🙂
-My face has been suuuper itchy the past couple of days. Arg!
-A girl talking for 5 minutes about how hearing the harpsichord being played made her feel.
-The amount of flies on our porch every night. WHY.
-Finding a really long hair on my cheek. Uh, why didn’t anyone tell me?!
-Listing my prom dresses on Craigslist then having someone email me very interested in buying it and saying “Hang on. I’ll talk to my daughter.” and six days later I haven’t heard back.
-The length of my nails. They grow so dad gum fast! As does my hair.
-Spending precious time trying four different hairstyles before I left this morning only to have them all fall out. I have too much hair.

AWESOME:
-It rained ALL DAY yesterday. Sweet, sweet sound.
-NETFLIX.
-Our cat Toonces is actually starting to like me. It’s been over a year since we got him so I’d say it’s about time.
-Rearranging our living room and wondering why we didn’t do it sooner.
-Lists. I love lists. Made about 5 of them Wednesday.
-The two sweet notes Jason left me when he had to leave before I got home.
-Finding a place to put all of our booze so it looks classy. Ha!
-Discovering a new relaxation technique that I’ve been using every night before bed.
-Winning a gift card to InPink jewelry via Le Quaintrelle! Hello gorgeous new ring and bracelet!

So how’s your week so far? Since it’s almost over we should be rejoicing! There actually is a recital today so I’ll be going to that then working on homework pinning crap on Pinterest until my only class of the day. But tomorrow is Friday. 🙂

awkward:
-leaving dishes in the sink waiting to be washed.. like, they’re in the water and everything. we really need a dishwasher.
-I need a haircut. SO. BAD. I just can’t bring myself to actually make an appointment. Yeah. I’m insane.

awesome:
-spending some evenings learning guitar.
-watching Conan.
-my fingers getting numb from playing said guitar.
-school is almost over.
-school is almost over. I’d better start those papers.
-our anniversary is super close! like 11 days close.
-I’ve reached that point in the semester where everything slips my mind. I rarely remember anything and start to add things to my calendar that don’t even exist. I’ve gone insane.
-Mr. P’s personal oven pizzas. $.98, delicious. Better than Totino’s! Seriously.
-getting many a sweet comment on my facebook about my blog. 🙂

So forreal this time. Tell me something awkward.

HEY OH! It’s finally Thursday. This week seems to be dragging on. It always seems like my tests fall on the same days. I’ll just be glad when it’s the weekend. Whew. So here we go.

AWKWARD:
-Telling someone “bless you” when they sneeze. I think it’s weird. So I don’t say it. Don’t hate me.
-Our teachers told us costumes were encouraged for Halloween so I came to school dressed as bacon. To my surprise only two other people were dressed up. Awkward… or is it awesome because I actually dressed up? As pork?
-My phone died during the night, despite its telling me it was fully charged when I went to sleep, so I missed my first class. I decided to miss my next one too to do homework. Is that bad of me?

AWESOME:
-So many bloggers are getting pregnant and having babies! Congrats guys. One day I’ll be one of you!
-My Aunt Jenn gave me a free chair that used to be in my parents house. I was so excited because I’ve been looking for a chair for the past few weeks! Eep!
-The same Aunt Jenn also gave us a FREE JCrew men’s shirt she got for $1. I wore it today. I was hot.
-Sleeping in tomorrow, spending an hour in a recital, then studying for two more hours before a super easy class. Hoping tomorrow’s a good day! (These next few weeks are going to be hard.)

Happy Thursday everyone! Today I’m heading to Commerce to visit my sister and see their first choir concert of the semester. Woohoo! It’ll be a fun time with my family. I can see Braum’s in my near future… (PS. you are correct in noticing that that is the head of a rhino. It’s porcelain and everything. Legit.)

-No one really knows that I’m married at school. I want to make friends, but it’s hard when they’re guys. “Hi, I’m married!” really isn’t a great opening line. (Be my friend!)
-Feeling dumb in class when everyone else seems to get it and I’m left wondering “Uh.. what?”
-Being on my laptop at school and people come up to me and say, “Oh hey. Whatcha lookin’ at? Lemme see!” Um, boo. Did I suddenly step into a place where my laptop became some kind of communal laptop? I feel like I should’ve been told. After all it is MY laptop..
-Yeah, I can’t think of anything else.

-Coming home from school I see a side of the house we rarely visit. I always see something new. I love it.
-I took a five hour nap yesterday. What what!
-Finding out I only need three years of recital credits instead of four. Yay for being done after this year!
-Spending the day with my family tomorrow!
–Pinterest. Seriously. Get on that train.
-Thanksgiving is fast approaching. I’m so ready for turkey, family, and fall weather! Though when our leaves turn orange it’s because all the trees are dying. 🙁 I saw four fallen trees in one field on my way home. So sad. Two fell  in our neighbors yard after the storm last week! 🙁

Yay, Thursday! This week has been especially easy. (I always wish I had something more exciting to share than random chit chat, but, alas. My life isn’t that exciting. Yet.)

-(Here you go, Kait.) There’s this guy at school. How can I describe this objectively.. His mustache is long, thin, and well, it really creeps us out. Note that there is no accompanying beard. Just the mustache. Like it’s protecting his lip. Please. Grow a beard to accompany your mustache, men.

-This. WEATHER. Seriously. Take me camping. NOW.
-Wearing a sweater two days in a row. Feels good to be home.
-Going to my little sister’s game tonight to see her play in the band and dance at halftime! Go Rudy!
-Eating with my family after said game.
-Uh, we got free cake at school today. (Kait, you totally missed it. Way to miss diction!) It. was. delicious. Thanks, band, for having a good concert to deserve this cake so us vocal majors could mooch off of you. (As soon as I ate the cake- I left. Is that bad?)
-Going grocery shopping this weekend. It’s odd how much I love doing that.
-Making plans to park downtown and walk around on Saturday morning. Mmm.. coffee shall be had. And it will be good unto my belly.
-One day I will own you iPhone 4s. Anyone wanna buy a 3g when that day comes? 🙂
-This week. After the CUUHHRAZZZYYY one I had last week I have little to no assignments this week. Oh, and my least favorite class is cancelled the rest of the week. Weeee!

Wow, that was a lot of awesome. Anyone have anything worse than a creeperstache they wanna share? Please do it! I need to laugh at your pain.

PS. Jason’s aunt kindly pointed this out from my post the other day. No, that “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” book is not an announcement. Trust me. I won’t be able to contain my excitement when that day comes for us! Ok. Now, give me your awkward.
