My sister affectionately refers to these pants as my grandma pants. Affectionately is the key word in that sentence I think. 😛

I graduated last Friday. 🙂 A lot of emotions were happening that day. Gratitude, sadness, goodbyes, happiness that I get to go back in the fall, annoyed that I get to go back in the fall, :P. I got to sit next to one of my best friends while we graduated. We started out at the same junior college and graduated there together and finished out together. 🙂 It was a blast! It made me want to go back for my masters. Maybe. 🙂

My grad party was Saturday night and we played games and had Mexican food and margaritas and laughed and laughed. I’m going to miss my group of friends but I have a feeling it won’t be long before I see them again.

Seriously, thank you to everyone who had a hand in getting me to this point. I don’t think I ever thought I’d have a bachelor’s degree. I’m proud of myself and want to push myself even harder towards my career goals. Thank you!

Happy Monday! It’s summer for me! Better find a job. 😛

Happy Friday! Just got word that my first class is cancelled so I’m about to hop back in bed and take a morning nap. 🙂 These pants are literally the comfiest things I own. It’s like wearing pajamas all day. If you wear a bun and jewelry to sleep in. 😉

Wore this last night to Shelby’s last choir concert! Waaaaaah! It was, of course, amazing. They’re always amazing.

But seriously. Get you some of these pants.

Who knew a $6 shirt could make me feel so good! You should really hop over to Old Navy and pick it up. It’s oversized, soft, and stripes. My top three favorite things in a shirt. I own this in two other colors. 🙂 But oh, these boots! I remember when Target came out with a pair like these with the thick zipper up the back, but I wasn’t willing to pay for them. Then these showed up on Go Jane! I love them, but the zipper is SO.HARD. to zip. I’ve tried soap, olive oil, baby oil… nothing! Any tricks?

The weather here has been nuts. Earlier this week it was in the 80s. Today it’s in the 40s. Not that I’m hating it! I love the cold. But come on, Texas. Make a decision already!

I just really want to say again to all of you that I love you. Thank you for encouraging me and loving on me. God is good.

This is a very typical outfit for me. Jeans, jeans jeans. 🙂 Speaking of jeans, where are your favorite places to buy them? I like Target’s jeans but there doesn’t seem to be that much variety. Forever21’s are cheap but literally ALL they have are skinny jeans. Old Navy is alright but hard to fit and their sizes vary from color to color. It’s insane. HELP!

Look how big Pepper is! Her one year old birthday is next month. 🙂 Can’t wait to make her a puppy cake!

Oh, and look. My bud Travis and I accidentally matched. Precious!
