Jason rediscovered his GameCube that we keep in the game room along with all the other ridiculous gaming systems. Meanwhile, I discovered this recipe for browned butter chocolate chip cookies. Made them for the super bowl party we had at my bro/sis-in-law’s (that I spent studying for a giant music history test that I only chose to start studying for 2 days before) and then when those ran out I made a double batch last night. However, I ran out of brown sugar and didn’t have molasses–the first substitute I found–so I had to use corn syrup and honey. A substitute for a substitute. SUBSTITUTECEPTION.
